Today we left the house so early after many diversions and losses of satellite connections on our sat nav, we made it to Heathrow airport. I havent slept in about two days now and have just eaten my first proper meal in about the same amount of time. On the plane i was presented with a sandwich box especially for celiacs the bread on the sandwich must have been made from semolina it went really grainy when you chewed it.. I ended up just eating the cheese filling.
